SMS Terms

The program

CareTrellis Notifications is a text-messaging program operated by Prospect Park Technologies Inc. ("we," "us"). It sends brief account and task notifications about your CareTrellis account — for example, a reminder that a task is waiting for you in the CareTrellis app. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. Message frequency varies with your account activity.

Opt-in

You join the program by giving consent in the CareTrellis mobile app — for example, by checking the text-notifications box during account setup. Text notifications are optional: you can use CareTrellis without opting in, and declining them does not affect your account. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old. If you change or deactivate that mobile number, please update it in the app or let us know, so that messages do not go to the number's next owner.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further notifications unless you re-join. Reply START to re-join. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@prospectparktechnologies.com. You can also manage text notifications from your account settings in the CareTrellis app once available.

Other than STOP, START, and HELP, replies to program messages are not monitored. Please do not text health or patient information; contact us by email instead.

Cost and carriers

We do not charge for this program, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. The program is offered within the United States on major U.S. carriers; supported carriers may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked for reasons outside our control. Notifications are a convenience: the CareTrellis app remains the authoritative record of your tasks and deadlines, and you should not rely on text messages as your only reminder.

Privacy

How we handle your mobile number and consent records is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms or modify or discontinue the program from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
