Overview
This website is operated by Prospect Park Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation, from the United States; information described below is processed and stored in the United States. The site has no user accounts, no cookies, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking scripts. This policy covers this website and the CareTrellis text-messaging program described below; the CareTrellis application for signed-in customers is otherwise governed by its own agreements.
The interest form
If you submit our interest form, we collect what you enter: your name, role (agency or caregiver), email, and any optional details you provide (organization, phone, county, languages), along with the display language you were using on the page. We use it to contact you about CareTrellis and to plan our rollout, and we retain it as ordinary business correspondence. Form submissions are delivered to us by a form-processing service and our email is processed by Google Workspace, each under their own terms. Please do not include patient or health information in the form.
If you email us at hello@prospectparktechnologies.com, we receive the information you choose to include and handle it the same way. To ask what we hold from you, or to request deletion of your form submission or correspondence, email us at that address and we will honor reasonable requests.
Hosting and server logs
This site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Like most web hosts, Google may record standard server logs (such as IP address, request time, and browser user agent) to operate and secure the service, per Google's privacy documentation. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set cookies and do not use analytics on this site. If you choose a display language, that preference is stored only in your browser; it is not sent to us except as part of a form you choose to submit (as described above). If any of this changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to CareTrellis text notifications (in the CareTrellis mobile app), we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent, and we use them to send you brief account and task notifications — for example, a reminder that a task is waiting for you in the app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. The program's full terms are in our SMS Terms.
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are delivered by our text-messaging provider, which processes them to deliver messages on our behalf and to operate and secure its service, under its own terms. Your mobile number may also be part of your CareTrellis account record; its use within the CareTrellis application is governed by the application's agreements, and this policy governs its use for text messaging.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers named above (as necessary to operate the site, the form, our email, and text notifications) or if required by law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
